The Story So Far
With close to 30 years of experience in hospitality, a BA (Hons) in Hotel and Catering Management and an MBS in Corporate Strategy & People Management, Philip Duignan has worked across bars, restaurants, hotels and high-volume venues in operational and senior management roles throughout Galway, spending 16years as General Manager in Galway Venues such as; The Kings Head, An Púcán, 1520/The Residence Hotel(1520 now M.Fitzgeralds), Taylor’s Bar and Beer Garden
Having managed busy hospitality environments first-hand, Philip now provides practical consultancy and training focused on improving operations, service standards, team performance, profitability and compliance.
